  • Unfortunately, we have yet to procure an ATM for the festival which charges reasonable transactions fees. So be prepared and bring Cash!
  • ARRIVAL TIMES:
    NO TENT SITES UP before 3PM on THURSDAY for weekend PLUS ticketholders
    STAFF & VOLUNTEERS ON LATE THURSDAY SHIFT MAY SET UP 12noon-3pm
    NO ARRIVALS prior to Thursday 3pm for weekend PLUS ticketholders
    Thursday Arrivals: 3pm-11pm only.
    Friday: 9am-1am
    Saturday: 9am-10pm
    Sunday: 8:30am-4pm
  • LEAF WEEKEND TIX
    (3 days/2 nights) May arrive as of Friday 9am. Enjoy LEAF Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, and you may stay overnight Friday & Saturday nights. All LEAFers staying on grounds past 2am need a weekend ticket. Tent camping is complimentary with weekend tix. Camping in or next to a vehicle? You'll need weekend tix + $20 Vehicle Permit. If staying in a cabin you need a weekend tix. Not arriving till late Friday or leaving early Sunday? yes this is still the ticket for you.
  • LEAF WEEKEND PLUS
    (3.5 days/3 nights) LEAF Weekend PLUS is for those who like to arrive early, kickback, & enjoy the place. Includes all of Weekend Tix (see above details) plus Thursday night overnight. A Cajun Gourmet Dinner & beverages will be served up in Eden Hall Thursday Night ($) 6pm-9pm. Eden Hall Cabaret Stage will be open 8pm till?? Not arriving till late Thursday or leaving early on Sunday? yes this is still the ticket for you.
  • COMMUNITY PASS FOR LOCAL RESIDENTS
    Special appreciation pass for our local community. You come to LEAF throughout the weekend, and leave by 2am to snooze at home. Have ID w/ local address when you pick up your ticket.
  • DAY TICKETS
    You come to LEAF during the day & eve and sleep offsite. Day tickets valid 9am till 2am. For planning- stages begin Friday 5pm. Day tickets can be purchased at the gate.
  • CREDIT POLICY...NO REFUNDS. However, if you are unable to use your ticket, credit towards future LEAF's can be applied if you notify us at least 7 days prior to the LEAF you will miss, minus a $10 handling fee per item. For credit, you must send EMAIL or WRITE at least 7 days PRIOR to the festival you’ll miss (NO phone credit requests). DEADLINE for credit requests for Fall LEAF is October 7th. No requests will be honored after the deadline.
  • ASSUMPTION OF RISK
    By making this purchase I hereby make application to the Board of Directors of the Lake Eden Arts Festival (LEAF), a non-profit corporation, to participate in the below named activity. I certify that I have read, understand, and accept the following representation, stipulations and waiver:
    ACCORDINGLY, I HEREBY WAIVE, FOR MYSELF, MY PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVES, HEIRS AND NEXT OF KIN, ALL CLAIMS, WHICH I MIGHT HAVE AGAINST THE LEAF, ANY OTHER PROVIDERS OF FACILITIES AND ANY OF THEM IN COMBINATION, and their officers, directors, agents, employees and contractors, for injury, accident, illness, property damage, death or other occurrence arising in any manner whatsoever out of my participation in activities sponsored by the LEAF. FURTHERMORE, I agree to indemnify, save and hold harmless LEAF from any and all loss, costs, damages, expenses, and attorney’s fees arising out of my participation, or the participation of persons who accompany me, in LEAF related activities.
SNOOZIN' and SLEEPIN' at or nearby LEAF
  • ALL CAMPERS: Separate areas for tents only, car camping with tents, and RVs. NO OPEN FIRES or dumping coals!! Grills & lanterns are fine. When packing remember state law no alcohol may be brought in-it is sold on site for fair pricing.
  • TENT or TEEPEE CAMPING
    As always plenty of tent camping space is available on a first arrive first setup basis with your pre-paid weekend ticket. Tent campers will park at offsite lots and shuttles run all weekend or it's an easy walk. Pack light and easy to shuttle in to your campsite. We dream of a more car-free festival.
  • VEHICLE (& RVs) CAMPING PERMIT $25
    There's limited vehicle camping spaces in designated areas. With this permit, you'll have approx. a 20w x 20d space in the area you specify. Without this permit, you will not have a vehicle at your campsite-you will be car-free. (This includes motor cycles, PopUp Campers and the like). Refer to our website map to locate vehicle camping areas: F1, Pasture Lot G, Mountain Top, Barntop camping, Family camping, and Other (Generators only in F1.) If you choose "Other" we'll find an appropriate space for you in one of the available areas. Camping is in a large open fields. No hookups.
  • CABINS
    Along the mountainside are 30 very rustic campy cabins w/ bunkbeds, screen windows, outlets & nearby showerhouses. Bring warm bedding & towel. Pack to unload at nearby parking area, not at cabin. $250 full cabin w/ 9 beds for all weekend. $58 a bunk in a shared cabin. Reserve all cabin lodging via the office info@theLEAF.com or 828/686-8742.

  • CABINS AT THE 4-H CAMP
    Rustic camp cabins with bunkbeds off site within 2 miles (10 minute bike ride) off of Lake Eden Road (at the Swannanoa 4-H Center). For more information contact Charlie at charlietalley@bellsouth.net or at (828) 686-4838. Cabins have 18 beds each. Entire cabin rental $100/ night. Dorm style shared cabins: Men only, women only or coed; $10 per night per bed includes "indoor plumbing" and shower.

    Like to camp in style & avoid all the work? "Dancin'Dave" is the answer! Arrive at LEAF to an already set up campsite, featuring all high-quality equipment.   • REMEMBER TO BRING
    Flashlight, instruments, dancing & hiking shoes, bedding & bath gear, Tennis Racket & Balls (5 hardcourts & backboard), but please leave your valuables at home. Bring warm layers; mountain weather is unpredictable!
  • EATS & DRINKS
    Great EATING, A variety of food vendors and the Eden Hall Café provide a bounty of French crepes, Greek, Cajun, pizza, burritos, burgers, vegetarian, and good ol' Carolinian, plus snacks, beer, wine, gourmet coffees & teas, juices, and more! Yum.... Check out the eats page   
  • PLEASE NOTE & RESPECT:
    By NC law, NO outside alcohol can be brought into festivals.
    Beer and wine are sold onsite. Public intoxication & drug use is not tolerated. LEAF IS A FAMILY ATMOSPHERE!
