Host Brett McCall of the Asheville Ultimate Club
At the "Ultimate Courtyard" on Tent Camping Field.

Friday:
2pm Ultimate "Frisbee" Clinic for 14 & under
3pm Ultimate "Frisbee" Clinic for 19 & under
5pm Ultimate "Frisbee" Pickup Game all ages
Saturday: 10am-12pm Ultimate "Frisbee" Pickup Game all ages
Sunday: 10am-12pm Ultimate "Frisbee" Pickup Game all ages

Fast paced, intense, & beautiful to watch. While a football game may feature 10-15 long bombs, a typical Ultimate game has 40+ long throws - called "hucks." Receivers & defenders regularly make diving catches "lay-outs." Clinics will include throwing basics, game strategy, rules 101, training techniques & games for prizes. Brett has been playing Ultimate for over a decade now, winning tournaments from Hawaii to Italy. In 2000, Brett started the Warren Wilson College Ultimate Club Team and in 2001 the open-division traveling team GreenMan in Asheville, North Carolina. Brett is a UPA Certified Coach and currently produces Ultimate Tournaments, Camps and Clinics in Western NC. There will also be pickup games throughout the day in the courtyard.
