LEAF IS GROWING (in commitment not size!)
• 175 plus artists serving up Latin, African, Celtic, Middle Eastern, Asian, American "roots" music.
• In just 3 years, 5,567 youth have experienced LEAF in Schools & Streets (LSS). 835 of the LSS youth performed on stage. LSS: empowering youth through festive arts.
• Raising over $90,000 worth of donated instruments for the New Orleans Instrument Drive with Tipitina's Foundation and delivering them to areas affected by Hurricane Katrina.
• Expanding Globally with Project kicked off with 50 orphans in Rwanda , 200 indigenous youths in Panama, and a community school in Bequia. LEAF International: Matching kids globally with instruments and mentors.
