  • Membership Party: each festival Saturday at Barn 4:30-6pm. Entertainment, Friends, Food, Bev & FUN! LEAF encourages LEAF Members to bring a friend to the LEAF membership party. LEAF Membership Party-All members may bring ONE guest to join in the fun!

  • Ticket Discounts: Ticket restrictions do apply to the number of tickets per each level. (Discount equals $5 per ticket.) 2 for ROOTS, 4 for BRANCHES, 5 for TRUNK, and 6 for PATRON. N/A for Volunteer/Staff Level Members. MUST CALL OFFICE TO ORDER (828) 686-8742. N/A ONLINE.LEAF year round discounted tickets are available in February 15-December 31st and discounts during the New Year's Special or Group orders do not apply.

  • Lodging: Exclusive rental period starts mid Nov.-Dec. 31st for year.

  • Member gifts: is ONCE per year, not each festival. Gift is per each level: Tote-ROOTS, Mug-BRANCHES, Tee-TRUNK, and Package-PATRON.

  • Pre Registration for Childcare: LEAF Family Members may sign up on a first come first serve basis for a limited number of four hour slots on Friday, Saturday & Sunday Must sign up via email after notification for each festival is sent out.

  • VIP Parking is located adjacent to Temporary Parking lot or along Lot B Field at the Main Gates and is subject to change. If a member is interested in camping overnight in this lot a $35 Vehicle Camping Fee. The spaces are limited and additional parking will be opened on an as needed basis. At the May 2009 festival, the camp is establishing new grass for a greener camp and some changes in VIP and VIP Vehicle camping will be made. It may be possible that VIP campers may have to camp adjacent to their car to avoid cars on top of new grass.

  • VIP Backstage Access: This is a working backstage and your presence is of an invited guest. Only access to the side of stage designated for boogeying and there is no access to performer green room hospitality.

  • LEAF has taken suggestions from our members and festival goers to create what benefits would be best for LEAF. We encourage you to suggest you ideas for great LEAF membership benefits. Some benefits were removed because of lack of response or to make room for new suggestions. Please email for suggestions.

  • LEAF merchandise can be picked up at the LEAF 2 Go booth during each festival. Please have your membership card with you.

  • Member bags will have to be signed out and memership cards will have to be present. We are encouraging all able persons to pick up the Membership bag at the festival to be cost-effective and respectful of the planet. Of course, if neither option is possible, we would be happy to ship your bag to you or make other arrangements through the office. $5 shipping fee.

  • There is a $5.00 replacement fee for the loss of a membership card please call the office (828) 686-8742 to request a new card.
